We exist to make help human again.
Collective Support is a Houston-based for-profit company connecting American families with rental, utility, food, and financial assistance. Every application is read by a real person — we don't use bots, auto-replies, or templates.
Why we built this
Most assistance websites are designed to capture your information and sell it. Forms get submitted into a void. Auto-responses promise help that never comes. People in genuine hardship get treated like marketing leads.
We do it differently. A real person on our team reads every application, researches programs that fit your situation, and writes you back personally — typically within two weeks. We can't help everyone, and we're honest about that. But everyone gets a real reply.
Direct rental, utility, food, and financial assistance — funded through corporate partnerships and donor support.
Every application read by a team member. No bots. No outsourced call centers. No auto-replies.
A personalized email response within ~2 weeks — even if we cannot help directly, we point you to programs that can.
What we're honest about
- We're a for-profit company. Not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We fund our operations through corporate partnerships, donor contributions, and program revenue.
- We're not the government. We're not affiliated with HUD, USDA, HHS, the Department of Education, or any federal/state agency.
- Approval is never guaranteed. Funding is finite. Eligibility varies. We do our best for everyone but we can't promise outcomes.
- Many programs we discuss are free to apply for directly. You can always go straight to your state SNAP office, FAFSA, or Healthcare.gov. We add value by helping you navigate, but we don't lock anyone out.
