This Privacy Policy describes how Collective Support, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website or request a callback for information and referrals.

1. Information We Collect

When you call us or submit a callback request, we collect:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone, location)
  • Household information (size, composition)
  • Employment and income information (for matching to programs)
  • Description of your situation and the topics you're seeking referrals about

We may automatically collect:

  • Browser type, device, and operating system
  • IP address (used for security and abuse prevention)
  • Pages visited on our site

2. How We Use Information

  • To identify the right federal programs, state agencies, and local resources to refer you to
  • To call you back about your request
  • To follow up and confirm you got through to the programs we referred
  • To improve our service
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We don't share your information with insurance partners, lead-gen networks, or marketing companies. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate (email, database hosting). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
  • For legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or government request.

Important: Government agencies and free programs (211, LIHEAP, USDA, HUD, etc.) we refer you to are reached by you directly. We do not transmit your information to those programs on your behalf. You will share information with them yourself, on their terms.

4. SMS / Phone Communications

If you opt in to SMS or phone communications, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will only contact you regarding your callback request — we do not send marketing messages.

5. Data Retention

We retain your ticket data for 36 months after our last contact with you, then permanently delete it unless required by law to retain it longer.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of communications at any time

7. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to delete personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
