Collective Support, LLC is a privately-held, for-profit limited liability company organized in the State of Texas. Mailing address: 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220, Houston, TX 77064.
NOT a 501(c)(3)
We are NOT a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations or contributions made directly to Collective Support are not tax-deductible. We do not file IRS Form 990. We do not have nonprofit board oversight.
NOT a Government Agency
Collective Support is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of any federal, state, or local government agency, including but not limited to: the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), U.S. Department of Education, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or any state or county social services department.
Many programs we discuss on our website (SNAP, LIHEAP, Medicaid, Section 8, FAFSA, etc.) are operated by federal or state government agencies, and you may apply for those programs directly through official government portals at no cost.
Approval Not Guaranteed
We make no guarantee, express or implied, that any applicant will receive direct financial assistance from Collective Support. Direct assistance depends on:
- Funding availability at the time of your application
- Your eligibility based on household income, location, and program-specific criteria
- Verification of the information you provide
- Other factors determined at our discretion
Response Time
We aim to respond to every application with a personalized email within approximately two weeks of submission. This timeframe is not guaranteed and may be longer during periods of high application volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Funding Sources
Collective Support is funded through a combination of corporate partnerships, donor contributions, and program revenue. See our How We're Funded page for detail on each.
Compensation Disclosure
We may receive compensation from third-party partners when we refer applicants to specific products or programs. This compensation does not affect the cost or availability of any program to applicants. Government programs are always free to apply for directly.
